Tips for Mental Health in the Festive Season

Whilst Christmas is meant to be a time of celebration, joy and love, it is also often a time when family members get together and conflicts that may have been hidden during the year come to the surface. It is important for our mental health to learn how to deal with conflict in a positive manner.
